Responsibilities
- Own product marketing (ICP, message, updated site/docs) that drives connects and deposits
- Stand up a TVL funnel & dashboard (impressions → site → wallet connect → deposit; TVL by source; CAC/LTV/payback; retention)
- Run partner distribution: co-marketing with venues/MMs (launch kits, AMAs, creator briefs), PR/podcasts, newsletters/community; test 2–3 paid channels
- Define and execute three experiments with clear keep/kill rules (e.g., CAC payback ≤6 months on qualified deposits)
- Coach the team; leave playbooks, briefs, and dashboards they can run
