Requirements

They should have hands-on experience with AWS services, automation tools, and cloud monitoring solutions, along with technical expertise in scripting and a strong understanding of security and industry standards.

Responsibilities

The CloudOps Engineer II/III will ensure the high availability and performance of AWS services through proactive monitoring and optimization of cloud usage to control costs, manage incident response and disaster recovery plans, conduct security testing and support compliance efforts, automate system processes using scripts and tools, provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain and optimize cloud-based infrastructure. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with AWS vendors, lead initiatives to improve scalability and automation, and document operational processes while staying updated on AWS advancements.
