Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, including inside channel sales and channel development positions within a software vendor. Fluency in both written and verbal English and Portuguese is essential. Proven experience in a cybersecurity company with a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is required, alongside in-depth channel and field sales experience with knowledge of the cloud market business model. Strong presentation, communication, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are necessary, as is a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Cloud Partner Success Manager will manage a portfolio of service providers in Brazil using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, driving Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through strategic account planning, fostering adoption of new services, and ensuring partner retention. Responsibilities include conducting territory analysis, developing relationships with key decision-makers, maintaining regular contact with partners, and aligning with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities. The role involves training partners on existing and new products, supporting their business and technology development, and guiding them through onboarding and enablement. Account planning with managed partners, motivating them to sell Acronis services, driving partner satisfaction as a trusted advisor, and orchestrating internal resources for partner growth are key duties. The manager will also profile managed partners on vendors and tools, ensuring Partner Passport completion, and lead partners through their lifecycle with regular activities focused on educating and evangelizing.
