Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical engineering, Life sciences, Business, or related field; preferred
  • Experience of working in theatre/surgical setting
  • Proven experience in medical device sales, account management, or product lifecycle management within the Medtech Industry; preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations & health care compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate to a range of stakeholders including: clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams and marketing teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and hospital procurement teams during the product transition process
  • Supporting clinical & non-clinical teams with the transition to alternative devices/or patient treatment options
  • Ensure clinicians are fully trained/supported on the safe and effective use of alternative devices
  • Work closely with the J&J Medtech Surgery Portfolio lead, marketing, sales and cross functional teams across J&J Medtech surgery
  • Align activity against Portfolio Transformation Strategy and measure success during monthly business reviews utilising business tools such as One Force, Power BI
  • Utilise One Force to document all product transitions, product discontinuation activities, customer interactions and compliance records accurately
  • Gather feedback from healthcare providers to improve future product lifecycle strategies
