Conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Responsibilities

Executes the protocol simplification objectives across multiple therapeutic areas
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and connectivity to clinical protocol process
Drives process improvements and technology enhancements in partnership with IT and other teams
Ensures alignment of clinical study design with quality-by-design principles
Builds and maintains a digital document management system for accurate logging, tracking, and secure archiving of workshop materials
Leads workshops and guides teams in using supporting platforms effectively
Operates independently while fostering collaboration in a matrixed environment
Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure protocol simplification success
Monitors, analyzes, and reports on metrics such as review turnaround times and workload distribution
Leads road-shows and training sessions to ensure consistent messaging and adoption
Provides timely updates and status reports to management
Prepares and distributes training materials, guidance documents, and stakeholder communications
Supports audit and inspection readiness through document retrieval and coordination
