Requirements

4+ years of experience leading clinical operations with accountability for operational metrics and health outcome metrics
Strong analytical skills with ability to make sense of operations through data and establish quantitative goals
Track record of success delivering results for complex operational problems
Experience leading a team, project, or implementation towards challenging goals
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and willingness to learn new tools
Outstanding communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts into clear insights
Proven leadership, agility, and collaboration skills
Experience connecting the dots of U.S. healthcare
Graduate-level degree (MBA, MPA, MPH) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Build and scale new programs to translate clinical vision into scalable systems, workflows, and metrics
Drive performance and results by owning key clinical operations metrics and relentlessly driving toward improvement
Lead cross-functional execution by bringing together clinicians, analysts, and product and operations partners to translate clinical priorities into action
Be a data-driven problem solver by using data to uncover insights, test hypotheses, and continuously improve
Continuously improve processes by identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to simplify, automate, and elevate how care teams work
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and other teams to implement solutions and drive results
