Requirements

  • Provide technical clinical expertise and support of the sales process to colleagues, current customers, and/or potential customers
  • Work under general direction with clinical and sales teammates
  • Exercise judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work; monitor performance and report status to manager
  • Comply with US Food and Drug (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, process, and task assignments
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers, including competitors' market
  • Proficiency in complex programming and case support with gained product knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical clinical and programming assistance, primarily in support of 1-2 Territory Managers, and record territory performance (e.g., market share, new leads, objectives, daily activities) in company ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Integrate into all accounts; build trust and relationships; establish strong rapport with customers
  • Interface with all levels of Sales and Sales Management staff; provide support to Territory Managers and Cath lab staff
  • Provide in-house training certifications to commercial team, documenting the process in accordance with company guidelines
  • Provide sales support, clinical in-services, training, and guidance to current or potential customers
  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management, in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environment Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist hospital procedures, including material preparation, technical support, and device/system troubleshooting as needed
  • Provide large-scale education activities for customers such as in-services and product launches
