A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or candidates must have 4+ years of validated experience selling products in the healthcare field. RN and/or wound care sales experience are highly preferred, as is hospital sales experience that includes handling staff, leading budgets, and communicating innovative ideas to executive-level healthcare customers. The role requires up to 50% day travel and up to 4-5 times per month overnight travel, with occasional regional and national travel.
The Clinical Sales Account Manager will drive overall revenue attainment across assigned accounts by developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. They will conduct negotiations, ensure new product success, and collaborate with internal sales and service partners to serve shared accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating customer sales support activities, leading customer business reviews, collecting evidence-based outcomes data, ensuring post-sales customer satisfaction, and accurately forecasting accounts. The role involves driving the generation of Baxter Hillrom Rental Therapy product sales within the assigned territory.
