Requirements

  • Two years of IT related experience (Industry or Consulting firm)
  • Business level Japanese / English communication
  • Commute within 90km and 90 minutes by public transport from home station to workplace (relocation required if outside, with company housing provided)
  • Experience translating complex, ambiguous concepts into actionable plans (preferred)
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship building skills (preferred)
  • Familiarity with issue reporting tools such as JIRA (preferred)
  • Experience authoring business cases, validation documentation, and cost/benefit analysis (preferred)
  • Experience/knowledge in Clinical Development (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal business partners to evaluate, design, and deliver processes and technology
