The Clinical Customer Success Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff and operational leaders, acting as a trusted clinical resource. They will lead product implementations, focusing on aligning solutions with nursing workflows and operational processes. The role involves training nursing teams on the effective use of Hippocratic AI solutions, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes, and managing day-to-day client relationships. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback, establish metrics to measure success, travel extensively for onsite support and training, and share best practices from AI implementation with nursing leadership.
