Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a medical or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Nursing, Medical Practice, Biomedical Science, Medical or Clinical Engineering, or Sales/Product Support within the medical device industry
  • Comfortable working in an Operating Room environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Russian both verbally and in writing
  • Location: Moscow
  • Travel Requirements: 50% to 80% of your time will be spent on the field in Moscow area (Travel Percentage: 50%)

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical product support to all end-users on various products such as SportsMed Implants, Endoscopy towers and other Medical products or equipments
  • Showcase products, run demos, provide trainings and support Senior BDMs on identifying sales opportunities
  • Plan and implement projects that support the sales organization
  • Assist sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information
  • Work with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices
  • Prepare the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and update the automated tracking system, such as CRM
  • Lead daily functions and activities of the department to assure efficient workflow and services are provided in a competent and timely manner
  • Assemble and manage instruments kits and demo equipment
  • Run lists of kits items, quantities, lot numbers, equipment
  • Run and manage demo request lists or rental agreement and provide it to Customer Service, Accountant Department or Sales Department
  • Serve as a liaison and resource for requests and questions regarding decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of all basic and specialized complex instrumentation and troubleshoot equipment or product failure
  • Perform instrumentation processing to assure cleanliness and sterility of instruments and trays for medical center units/departments
  • Perform duties in accordance with regulatory standards, RAQA department policies, procedures and protocols, accepted techniques, and manufacturer's guidelines as applicable
