Candidates should possess several years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Operating Room Nurse, Emergency Medical Technician, or a comparable background, alongside an understanding of medical anatomy and a willingness to deepen their knowledge. Strong social skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities are essential, as is a confident demeanor and advisory competence. Technical aptitude and a readiness to engage with technology are also required.
The Clinical Application Specialist will support the development and implementation of a market strategy and action plan for the assigned sales regions, participate in the planning and execution of clinical study projects while adhering to budget, scope, and timeline requirements, apply best practices in project and clinical study development, coordination of service meetings and workshops with medical users and their partners, prepare and conduct customer visits (existing customers) in close collaboration with the sales team to build excellent and reliable customer relationships, uncover customer needs, requirements, and wishes to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance upselling potential, prepare and organize clinical pre-sales product studies/demos according to the individual account/project sales plan and defined demo study goals, including documenting customer feedback in collaboration with the relevant field representative, independently integrate product improvement suggestions and new product innovations and forward them to local marketing, assist in the organization and participation in trade fairs/congresses/product workshops/events, process customer information in the CRM system, and further develop clinical consulting competence in a defined clinical area such as Hybrid & Ultimate OPs, robotic-assisted surgery, and OP lighting.
