Candidates must possess a clinical background as an RN or NP with at least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience, along with experience using clinical software and predictive intelligence within an EHR. A general familiarity with AI in healthcare, including terminology like LLM and NLP, is required. A clinical degree is mandatory, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and proof of clinical license verification is necessary. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to be a self-starter and multitasker with excellent communication skills, thriving in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. Experience in data labeling and supporting/servicing customers with clinical software applications is also required.
The Clinical AI Nurse SME will provide subject matter expertise as a clinician with experience in electronic medical records, nursing processes, and documentation guidelines. Responsibilities include labeling clinical notes into defined categories for data input and information gathering, providing feedback on electronic medical record workflows and documentation requirements from an end-user perspective, and offering clinical expertise to the Product organization for new PCC offerings. The role involves working with a team of subject matter experts, ensuring consistent value addition and feedback on processes, and serving as an industry expert to influence specific work-related processes. This includes researching data sources, verifying information validity, analyzing and collecting testable electronic data for information systems, and collaborating with others to seek feedback and follow quality assurance guidelines. Additionally, the SME must complete all required security, clinical director, and HR training.
