Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 3 years of experience as a BCBA, and experience supervising other BCBAs is strongly preferred. They should possess a diverse skillset as a clinician and a strong understanding of how to approach challenging cases.
The Clinic Director will manage their own caseload, driving high quality care and strong outcomes for clients, conduct behavior assessments and facilitate behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), provide quality leadership, clinical supervision, and direction to BCBAs and RBTs, partner with other senior leaders to develop and improve clinical programming, facilitate parent training and support families, partner with intake and scheduling departments to promote access to services, actively participate in hiring and onboarding, verify continuing education, promote KBH's values, manage daily clinic operations, oversee clinic growth and related services, serve as a liaison between the organization and various stakeholders, and proactively manage potential issues.
