Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 3 years of experience as a BCBA, experience supervising other BCBAs (strongly preferred), strong clinical skills, proven team leadership, training skills, exceptional communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
