Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent education and experience is required. Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in a B2B technical support role and 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with familiarity with the healthcare revenue cycle and medical billing. Experience with healthcare-related standards and specifications is necessary, along with intensive research and comparison skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm with frustrated clients. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and the ability to build relationships and establish trust with stakeholders are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Client Technical Analyst will provide detailed second-level support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for Experian Health's Patient Estimates and Registration Quality Assurance products. They will notify clients of support ticket status within service level agreements, escalate complex issues with appropriate details to technical and product resource teams, and participate in technical troubleshooting meetings with clients and internal teams. The analyst will communicate with clients via support cases, email, and telephone, and proactively build, enhance, and maintain internal and external Knowledge Base (KCS).
