Responsibilities

Work with the sales & Client Support Trainee team to facilitate the full sales delivery process through direct face-to-face interactions
Educate consumers on the benefits and pros of our client's products and services
Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers by fostering long-term relationships
Assist the sales and marketing teams in analyzing new trends in consumer habits and general market shifts to maximize sales opportunities
Track and report on individual and team performance to meet and exceed business standards
Engage with a team-family environment that emphasizes leadership and personal development
Provide feedback to leadership & the Client Support Trainee team and participate to improve sales, marketing, and customer service practices
