Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales & Client Support Trainee team to facilitate the full sales delivery process through direct face-to-face interactions
  • Educate consumers on the benefits and pros of our client's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers by fostering long-term relationships
  • Assist the sales and marketing teams in analyzing new trends in consumer habits and general market shifts to maximize sales opportunities
  • Track and report on individual and team performance to meet and exceed business standards
  • Engage with a team-family environment that emphasizes leadership and personal development
  • Provide feedback to leadership & the Client Support Trainee team and participate to improve sales, marketing, and customer service practices
