Responsibilities

  • Lead website check-ins and strategy calls at a high volume to help clients improve performance and online presence
  • Teach clients SEO, digital marketing best practices, and Luxury Presence platform features
  • Drive adoption through campaigns, in-app engagement, and webinars
  • Identify upsell opportunities and hand off seamlessly to Sales
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables and a smooth client experience
  • Monitor client activity, share insights, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and retention
