Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management and/or business analysis, specifically within the Energy sector
  • Expertise and network from the Energy industry
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Ability to understand and translate customer needs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong client advocates and become a trusted advisor to clients
  • Engage directly and impactfully with Rystad Energy's largest clients globally; in collaboration with the main account team, drive adoption and upsell/cross-sell of solutions
  • Own and drive on-the-ground client engagement and adoption with Norway-based companies
  • Jointly define success criteria with clients by understanding their business challenges and goals
  • Design and execute Engagement plans that set the strategy for onboarding, adoption, and retention
  • Together with account managers, take proactive measures to maximize retention and expansion within existing relationships
  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure client’s technical/analytical needs are resolved in a timely manner
  • Develop an understanding of Rystad Energy products and services and proactively identify areas of improvement to increase market share and penetration
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams, including Product Managers and Solution teams
  • Participate in industry and networking events to grow the Rystad Energy brand
  • Maintain and leverage all client data and interaction records in the CRM system
  • Contribute to the wider vision and strategy of the Client Success team
