Responsibilities

As a Client Success Director, you will own relationships with Degreed’s top strategic accounts, aligning platform capabilities to client business priorities, develop and execute data-informed success plans that drive adoption, retention, and workforce transformation, partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities, lead executive-level engagements, monitor platform usage and engagement, and champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product innovation and enhance client experience.
