Requirements

  • Strong professionalism and solid proven skills in client management
  • Well versed and experienced in the technical aspects of Risk Management based program monitoring and performance
  • Knowledgeable in contract terms and obligations including Service Level Agreements with the Client
  • Ability to review, monitor, and make informed data-driven decisions to meet client goals and KPIs
  • Experience with tracking and notice activity, cycle activity, notice caps, billing files and file exchanges, premium billings and refunds
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory performance areas including notice timings and processes, certificate insurance and funding, flood and escrow tracking and payments, state-specific and client-specific tracking services, client and borrower complaints
  • Ability to identify, escalate, monitor, and resolve Risk Management level tracking and escrow service issues
  • Proficiency in navigating performance gaps impacting clients and consumers
  • Skills in creating, authoring, presenting, and monitoring Client Experience Smartsheets, Action Plans, and Remediation Plans
  • Ability to support Account Executives in meetings, agendas, blueprint materials, INFOR CRM updates, and client touchpoints

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the assigned individual responsible for service delivery and proactive monitoring of KPIs for clients and accounts in Real Estate and/or Vehicle lead Real Estate programs
  • Conduct daily monitoring of program deliverables and tasks, including account tracking, notice production, file exchanges, insurance premium and refunding, escrow administration, and forced place insurance activity
  • Proactively monitor client performance (30%): Review, monitor, and make data-driven decisions for tracking/notice activity, cycle activity, notice caps, billing files/file exchanges, premium/billings/refunds; monitor compliance/regulatory performance (notice timings, certificates, flood/escrow, complaints); monitor first 90 days of production for new accounts
  • Manage performance opportunities (25%): Act as SME for identification, escalation, monitoring, and resolution of issues; participate in CLEAR, submit tickets, support field reps in calls/remediation; create/author/present/monitor Smartsheets/Action Plans/Remediation Plans; escalate gaps to internal teams and management
  • Execute client retention activities and service touchpoints (25%): Support Account Executives in meetings, agendas, blueprint materials, INFOR CRM updates, monthly/weekly/bi-weekly client meetings/pulse checks; attend client meetings/presentations; create/update monthly client scorecards; conduct monthly field alignment meetings
  • Support onboarding of new clients (25%): Handle training support tasks, CenterPoint, SmartSheet/communication log, My Insura
