Requirements

  • Proven experience including several years as a software engineer or architect
  • Confirmed experience crafting IT architecture solutions aligned with enterprise standards
  • Strong ability in technical planning, architecture development, and specification review
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients on architecture strategy
  • Ability to ensure product/service compatibility across technologies for integrated solutions
  • Experience in defining system requirements and analyzing complex systems
  • Effective communicator, able to present technical concepts clearly to both internal and external partners
  • Familiarity with the financial industry (great advantage)
  • Valid working permit for the EU
  • No previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania (except minor road traffic violations)
