Requirements

Proven experience including several years as a software engineer or architect
Confirmed experience crafting IT architecture solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Strong ability in technical planning, architecture development, and specification review
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients on architecture strategy
Ability to ensure product/service compatibility across technologies for integrated solutions
Experience in defining system requirements and analyzing complex systems
Effective communicator, able to present technical concepts clearly to both internal and external partners
Familiarity with the financial industry (great advantage)
Valid working permit for the EU
No previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania (except minor road traffic violations)
