Responsibilities

Develop strategic partnerships: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted consultant and primary external expert on Amazon's advertising solutions
Deliver data-driven insights: Lead client education on product solutions, oversee campaign optimization strategies, analyze performance to drive brand and performance metrics, and serve as the link between key customers, internal teams, and Amazon
Orchestrate flawless execution: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from consulting on setup and media solutions to managing internal account operations and reporting; proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional performance
Identify and drive growth: Proactively analyze campaign data, market trends, and client performance to identify and pursue opportunities for product adoption, upselling, and turning new sales into long-lasting relationships
Be the voice of the client: Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams and partners at Amazon, ensuring client needs are met and feedback informs strategies
