Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted consultant and primary external expert on Amazon's advertising solutions
  • Deliver data-driven insights: Lead client education on product solutions, oversee campaign optimization strategies, analyze performance to drive brand and performance metrics, and serve as the link between key customers, internal teams, and Amazon
  • Orchestrate flawless execution: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from consulting on setup and media solutions to managing internal account operations and reporting; proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional performance
  • Identify and drive growth: Proactively analyze campaign data, market trends, and client performance to identify and pursue opportunities for product adoption, upselling, and turning new sales into long-lasting relationships
  • Be the voice of the client: Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams and partners at Amazon, ensuring client needs are met and feedback informs strategies
