Position Overview

Experian, a global tech company in data and analytics, is seeking a client-focused professional to join our team. This hybrid role involves working with clients to address their needs, provide solutions, present detailed reports, manage client records, and perform reconciliations. The position reports to the Senior Director of Operations.


Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to address their needs and provide solutions.
  • Present detailed reports to clients and management.
  • Manage client records and documentation.
  • Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in client accounts.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client services or a related field.
  • Must be in the Franklin, TN area and able to work in the office 2 times a week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and other applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
