  • Preparing invoices for discharge
  • Providing clients with billing updates
  • Educating other hospital staff regarding charge entry & payment protocols
  • Completing, finalizing, and discounting employee pet invoices. Following up for payment
  • Contacting clients with outstanding balances and assisting with any financial concerns
  • Ensuring appropriate estimates/deposits have been received and clients understand the payment process
