Requirements

Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. They must also have a working knowledge of MFD equipment, shipping/receiving procedures, and the ability to comprehend instructions, along with the capability to work independently and complete projects.

Responsibilities

The Client Services Associate will provide exceptional customer service to all employees through various communication channels, receiving and sorting inbound mail and packages, managing outgoing mail and package transactions, performing duties associated with shipping and receiving materials, notifying employees of deliveries, distributing mail, acting as a point of contact for mail inquiries, performing daily key operations of multi-function devices, submitting work orders, maintaining the Mail Center area, monitoring supply levels, assisting with copy/print orders, assisting with daily data entry and label creation, proactively seeking additional work, building professional relationships, maintaining professionalism, determining support needs, providing reception/concierge coverage, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
