Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Finance, Math, or Business-related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (candidates with more extensive experience open for consideration)
  • Experience and familiarity with Asset Management, investments, and institutional client base strongly preferred
  • Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses post-hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Client Portfolio Managers to provide top-notch service and solutions to institutional clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of institutional clients, handling inquiries and ensuring requests are met efficiently
  • Help manage clients' investment portfolios
  • Build and implement client strategies alongside senior team members
  • Create tailored presentations for client meetings, focusing on strategy, market trends, and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for clients and achieve their investment goals
  • Support high-level strategic, retention, and growth initiatives
