Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • 1 year of experience in marketing, consulting, or commercial roles (pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus)
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Represent IQVIA in all service and sales-related activities with assigned clients
  • Manage 2–3 key accounts, ensuring alignment with account plans and client satisfaction goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations, including key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Lead service reviews and ensure deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and timeliness
  • Resolve first-line service issues and coordinate second-line support with internal teams
  • Secure contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing agreements
  • Understand client business challenges and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions using IQVIA’s portfolio
  • Support strategic planning and execution of account growth initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and win-back strategies
