Responsibilities

Implement TenderLink's Account Management Strategy aimed at onboarding new customers, increasing portal usage, reducing customer churn, and cross-selling Experian solutions
Achieve agreed customer engagement targets
Achieve revenue targets
Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets
On-board new SaaS customers
Closely monitor customers' usage in the first 3 months
Provide detailed onboarding support and training
Educate and support SaaS customers to notify tenders and award notices using the TenderLink platform
Provide SaaS customers with technical know-how and advice on best practice to fully utilise the potential of their portals to accurately target subscribers
Identify opportunities to widen the usage of TenderLink's products and services in organisations where procurement is decentralised
