Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience in media sales with a deep understanding of online marketing and digital advertising, along with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building great relationships with clients. A strategic and analytical mindset, utilizing data insights to create innovative solutions, is also required, as is proficiency in Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a beneficial asset. Familiarity with the Central Asian ad markets, particularly Kazakhstan, is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Client Partner, you will lead the market by defining and executing impactful entry strategies to grow products and boost sales in Kazakhstan, taking ownership of sales delivery and consistently exceeding targets and KPIs. You will build and manage a portfolio of top agencies and advertisers, creating long-lasting partnerships, and expand your network across the advertising and digital industry. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maximize product success and client satisfaction, host workshops and seminars, and ensure outstanding service to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
