Responsibilities

  • Lead the Social and Influence workstreams for a large Tech client in the UK, ensuring influencer marketing drives brand and business growth
  • Translate business goals into actionable influence strategies delivering cultural relevance and measurable outcomes
  • Build and scale innovative creator programmes, including developing an incentivisation framework to nurture long-term creator relationships and reward performance
  • Oversee creator identification, negotiation, contracting, and relationship management, ensuring brand alignment and authenticity
  • Manage and mentor a team of Social and Influence specialists
