Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or call centre roles (healthcare industry experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sales skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programmes
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST), subject to daylight saving adjustments
  • Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and ability to support a wired Ethernet connection (mandatory)
  • Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages (mandatory)
  • Availability to work on all South African public holidays (compensated as per BCEA)

Responsibilities

  • Engage warm leads by contacting prospective clients who have already expressed interest in healthcare services
  • Promote solutions by clearly and persuasively communicating the value of healthcare service offerings
  • Convert & close by using consultative sales skills to guide prospects through the decision-making and sign-up process
  • Manage relationships by keeping accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Support prospects by providing excellent service, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
