Requirements

Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or call centre roles (healthcare industry experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Strong sales skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programmes
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST), subject to daylight saving adjustments
Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and ability to support a wired Ethernet connection (mandatory)
Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages (mandatory)
Availability to work on all South African public holidays (compensated as per BCEA)

Responsibilities

Engage warm leads by contacting prospective clients who have already expressed interest in healthcare services
Promote solutions by clearly and persuasively communicating the value of healthcare service offerings
Convert & close by using consultative sales skills to guide prospects through the decision-making and sign-up process
Manage relationships by keeping accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
Support prospects by providing excellent service, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
