Candidates must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree, and experience in client onboarding is required. A plus is experience in the fintech field, basic knowledge of applicable legislation in financial technologies/services, understanding of the Company’s business, effective communication skills, strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, respect for employee rights, interest in fintech, motivation for the position, Microsoft Windows knowledge, data management skills, English language proficiency, and excellent computer literacy.
The Client Onboarding Specialist will perform due diligence on new customers by requesting KYB/KYC information, reviewing and verifying documentation, conducting analytical risk assessments, performing Know Your Customer/Business reviews, investigating high-risk clients, participating in policy development, maintaining customer records, processing amendments, providing support to cross-functional teams, assessing ongoing work streams, achieving goals, understanding client business, and completing specific projects as needed.
