Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance or FP&A (or some combination thereof)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys bringing structure to an unstructured issue
- Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Proven to work cross-functionally with a range of teams from Partnerships to Data to Marketing to Product and beyond
- Interest in crypto. Maintains a positive attitude through ebbs and flows of the crypto industry
- Showcases deep openness to growing, learning, and to giving and receiving feedback
Responsibilities
- Enable the Finance Pod to drive user and revenue growth at CoinTracker in partnership with other pods.
- Drive user and revenue growth.
- Research and understand the crypto market to identify new opportunities and growth drivers.
- Forecast CoinTracker’s business 1-3 years out with the goal of setting monthly and annual financial targets.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Data, Marketing, etc) on driving user and revenue growth.
