Responsibilities

The Client Onboarding Analyst will manage the initial setup and billing requirements for new and existing customers, ensuring accurate account creation and billing configuration. Responsibilities include preparing and issuing invoices, maintaining and managing customer accounts, analyzing billing data, and providing customer support. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth billing processes, adhering to regulations, resolving customer billing inquiries, and overseeing the billing status of accounts by researching and resolving inconsistencies. Additionally, the analyst will create invoices, customize billing templates, review and improve the billing process, ensure proper period cut-off for month-end close, and participate in account audits and compliance reviews.
