Responsibilities

  • Organize client demos and assist in the pre-sales process, guiding clients through onboarding, setup, and testing to ensure smooth integration
  • Provide daily support for assigned accounts, responding to client needs via email, phone, and in person
  • Review and analyze trade data for accurate portfolio reconciliation, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
  • Stay informed on current market regulations to deliver consistent, compliant service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, health checks, and onsite visits
  • Conduct training sessions to promote advanced service usage, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to maximize client engagement and satisfaction
  • Identify and raise requests for new product features, collaborating with Product Management and Development teams on requirements and user testing
  • Actively contribute to workflow and service improvements that enhance the overall client experience
