Requirements

  • Ability to serve as primary point of daily contact for clients on specific projects, coordinating across multiple Vericast locations
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and managing execution of direct marketing and digital campaigns, including customized solutions

  • Competence in maintaining project documentation, including opening jobs in Advantage, project notes, online folders, status reports, and client edit/approval documents
  • Experience assisting in writing data processing (DP) specifications, coordinating client reviews/approvals, and reviewing audits (source file, interim, selection, mail file)
  • Ability to review creative copy/concepts for alignment with client objectives, coordinate revisions/approvals, and manage internal routing for quality checks
  • Skills in managing project processes, timelines, budgets, and ensuring adherence to company procedures to meet client deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client on project initiatives, channeling communications with outside vendors, internal teams (Marketing, Data Processing, Operations, Purchasing), and staff
  • Schedule and lead meetings/conference calls with clients and team members to review initiatives, communicate updates on progress, opportunities, and financial implications (may involve travel and presentations)
  • Deepen client relationships through meaningful engagement
  • Act as a consultant for development and management of Vericast's programs/solutions
  • Liaise with production scoping and pricing processes: identify upsell opportunities, coordinate cost estimates/PWOs/proposals, and answer client questions
  • Liaise with Business Development Executive and Strategic Account team: review strategic briefs, coordinate approvals, manage strategy changes, notify of discrepancies/critical events
  • Maintain documentation for direct marketing and digital campaigns: open jobs in Advantage, keep project notes/online folders, status reports, written communications on role changes, client edit/approval documents
  • Liaise with Analytics and Data Services: assist in writing DP specifications, coordinate client review/approval, review data processing audits
  • Liaise with Creative process: review copy/concepts for strategic alignment, coordinate client revisions/approvals, route documents for quality checks
  • Manage project processes to meet deadlines: implement company procedures, communicate/update timelines to team, manage client budgets and project expenses
