  • Manage day-to-day activities of client accounts: marketing and negotiating insurance programs
  • Manage day-to-day activities of client accounts: financial statement preparation
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate carrier relationships
  • Manage client files in AMS accurately and consistently, ensuring proper documentation and communication
  • Manage client inquiries and collaborate with insurance partners and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance company requirements and attributes
  • Coordinate service delivery for accounts as assigned, developing placement/renewal strategies
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Bring issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership
  • Serve as a mentor to colleagues as requested
