Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and closing renewal opportunities with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining strong client relationships to support retention and growth
  • Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Identifying account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products
  • Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
  • Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets
  • Working with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to feedback trends to help shape our go to market actions
  • Educating customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge
