Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technologies, Learning Sciences, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in training facilitation, instructional support, or content development. Basic understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design is required.
The Learning Partner I will assist in delivering training programs and workshops, working with Learning Associates on content production, ensuring smooth execution of learning programs, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of learning materials. They will also support training administration tasks, gather and analyze learner feedback, and participate in team discussions to understand program objectives and learning methodologies. Additionally, the role involves onboarding new learners, coordinating Learning Associates, and staying informed on learning industry trends and instructional design best practices.
