Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for our integrated solutions
  • Advise and assist customers with product integration
  • Support the Sales team with technical insights
  • Follow up on integration projects to ensure smooth completion
  • Participate in customer meetings—online and, when needed, on-site
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients
  • Improve internal processes and documentation
  • Contribute to product development initiatives, such as Proof of Concept (PoC) projects
  • Support and resolve incoming customer requests, ranging from minor issues to more complex challenges that require in-depth troubleshooting, database analysis, or user acceptance testing
  • Verify application changes or new builds before they go live
