Position Overview

Experian is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue growth and managing relationships within a named account environment of Credit Union clients. You will act as a strategic business partner and primary point of contact, helping clients leverage Experian's data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to drive improvements in lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue growth within assigned Credit Union accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong alliances with senior client management personnel.
  • Offer recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals.
  • Negotiate annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner and primary point of contact for each client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to balance priorities, bring in the right expertise, handle issues, and identify opportunities.
  • Understand client needs by seeing the world from their perspective and speaking their language.
  • Promote the voice of the customer to improve Experian's solutions.
  • Develop forecasts and advance the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Identify new ways to grow the business and expand current partnerships.
  • Challenge yourself with new opportunities and prioritize accountability.
  • Build trust with teammates and customers to develop leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of successful financial services experience with a track record of overachieving in selling complex solutions.
  • Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of 25+ accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytic, fraud, and software solutions within the financial services sector.
  • Understanding of risk management challenges and growth demands within the credit union or banking industry.
  • Knowledge of customer priorities and initiatives designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Reports to the Senior Director, Credit Unions Northeast.
