Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: At least 4 years of experience in strategy consulting industry (Big3 and others)
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical difficulty
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling and facilitation skills
  • Ability to reliably manipulate and analyze large data sets (industry and Visa)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with Visa internal teams in regular strategic & planning discussions
  • Lead consulting initiatives & project teams on various project opportunities with our Bank Partners in Azerbaijan
  • Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges
  • Build solutions and measurable insights that will help clients to grow their portfolios and customer engagement in their core business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that use the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
  • Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic mentorship for client priorities across the verticals and segments
  • Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, standard methodology documents and consulting approach that can be applied across VCA practice
