Requirements

  • Recognized undergraduate degree (MBA or other postgraduate degree is a plus)
  • 4–6 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or the payments industry (prior experience in strategy consulting firm or internal strategy/analytics function is a plus)
  • Experience in business and corporate banking and familiarity with commercial card payment solutions (plus)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic preferred but not required)
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting projects or workstreams focused on commercial payment flows, using data-driven analysis to solve client challenges
  • Execute project activities following Visa’s consulting delivery frameworks and methodologies to ensure quality and consistency
  • Conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and market research to identify trends and improvement opportunities in clients’ commercial payments portfolio
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that enhance client performance in areas such as B2B, cross-border, and commercial card payments
  • Support clients in implementing recommendations, including go-to-market strategies, process improvements, and digital adoption initiatives
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high satisfaction across engagements
  • Support client workshops and training sessions to share best practices and implementation insights
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with consulting teams in other regions to bring global best practices and innovative solutions to local clients
  • Contribute to developing the CMS consulting practice through insights, methodology refinement, and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex projects and guide junior team members to ensure analytical quality and delivery excellence
  • Provide ad hoc support to internal initiatives and cross-functional projects within VCA as needed
  • Stay informed on emerging commercial and remittance payment trends and apply this knowledge to enhance Visa’s consulting recommendations
