Requirements

3-5 years of business development, investor relations, or customer service within financial services
Sales and client-facing presentation skills
Meticulous white-glove service experience and demonstrated investor-first orientation
Ability to prioritize tasks, leads, and outreach based on analysis
Experience meeting and exceeding metrics-driven performance indicators
Works well under pressure in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Interact and communicate effectively with new prospects, investors, departments and stakeholders
Ability to navigate cross-functionality and collaborate towards great client outcomes
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to interact with and grow a highly successful client base via phone, email and in-person, as needed
Experience in alt investments (bonus)

Responsibilities

Educate investors to enhance their understanding of Yieldstreet’s investment strategy and the details of individual funds and offerings
Leverage consultative selling techniques to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored investment solutions, guiding them through the decision making process
Build and nurture high-value relationships by delivering investor-focused education and exceptional service
Proactively engage existing client base with regular outreach to maintain strong relationships and identify new opportunities to grow AUM
Meet with private clients at YS sponsored events – some travel required
Grow and manage relationships with existing key clients and engage with potential new members
Shape private client interactions with the platform and drive core growth metrics through education, relationship building, and outbound member engagement
Interact daily with investors to aid them in getting familiar with investments and comfortable investing further on the Yieldstreet platform
Work collaboratively with the Investor Relations team and multiple stakeholders including Investments, Marketing, and Product teams
