Responsibilities
Oversees launch and conversion implementations, including development of systems and business process solutions for clients
Defines client needs, determines strategy, and develops plans/proposals for project delivery
Provides best practice solutions for internal, client, and partner systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Guides clients through the project/implementation process from beginning to end, eliminating barriers and directing resources
Performs professional management consultancy for assigned portion of Statement of Work (SOW) in large integration initiatives (e.g., test execution support, managing client testers, creating test strategy, leading launches)
Manages assigned tasks for implementation and integration, ensuring milestones are on-time, within budget, and high quality
Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with clients, including senior management
Serves as high-level business and technical support, providing consulting services for assigned SOW
Understands client's internal infrastructure related to SOW and required changes for conversion/implementation
Applies best practices in system integration and consults with clients
Guides clients through implementation, mitigating risks for specified SOW
Represents company and client in status reviews throughout project lifecycle for specified SOW
Defines, creates, and documents deliverables for client's implementation tasks
Consults on planning and execution of client testing tasks, creating test strategy, approaches, and plans as needed
Identifies specific training needs for clients throughout implementation
Manages implementation activities such as mock verification, business validation, and production certification
Assists in preparing clients for TS2 data verification process, including training, onsite support, and issue escalation
