  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience

  • Engage with multiple teams and take responsibility for team decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and business areas
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
