Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer goods sales, distributor management, or KA management
  • Familiarity with company products and competitive products in the market
  • Knowledge of distributor and KA sales processes, operational characteristics, and basic supply chain management
  • Understanding of regional management, resource allocation, and customer management
  • Proficient in computer operations and common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, etc
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills

Responsibilities

  • Master customer information, analyze customer potential, understand key customers' business development plans and category plans, identify business opportunities, develop joint business plans aligned with company brand strategy, and lead customer service representatives in execution
  • Master KA customer store operations, business models, category gross margins, sales growth expectations, analyze customer profitability, business motivations, and market intelligence, jointly set reasonable business targets and investment strategies with customers, and guide customer service representatives in execution
  • Master product growth drivers in key customers, plan, organize, and execute promotional activities, manage customer pricing reasonably, and improve shelving effectively to achieve optimal performance
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure sustained development of company products in key customers
  • Continuously collect competitive product information and market environment data, coordinate data exchange with customers, and create opportunities for joint projects
  • Determine required service levels, forecast short-term demand, establish problem feedback and rapid resolution systems, and handle customer complaints promptly
  • Manage upstream supply chain for key customers to ensure efficient and smooth supply chain operations
  • Conduct follow-ups, on-site training, inspections, and guidance for subordinates' daily visits and information feedback, while developing and motivating team members
  • Maintain effective coordination and collaboration with marketing, channel marketing, brand marketing teams, and other functions to implement market strategies and maximize synergy
  • Implement company financial and sales expense management policies, review and guide reasonable use of expenses by subordinates, and improve resource utilization
