  • Deliver Velocity Black's promise to members in San Francisco by localizing the core DNA of Velocity Black
  • Leverage global reach, resources and brand with granular local expertise and up-to-the-minute knowledge of San Francisco
  • Develop the local member community
  • Grow the community of high performance, HNW members in San Francisco
  • Manage the P&L for the city, ensuring highest ROI with regard to maximizing relevant KPIs
  • Own the Content & Engagement strategy for the city’s member cohort
  • Oversee the conceiving and execution of regular member events at inspired locations
  • Work closely with Membership, CRM, and Operations teams for frictionless integration of city-level and corporate-level operations
  • Uphold Velocity culture throughout teams, focused on high performance and exceeding customer expectations
  • Embody cultural pillars of Adaptability, Initiative, Yes First, Resilience and Ownership
  • Be extremely organized and able to move seamlessly from assisting team members with challenging customer situations to assessing priorities and progress strategically
