A strong background in channel sales, vendor management, and go-to-market execution is required, along with experience working with Citrix or similar technology vendors, and an MBA is preferred.
The Citrix Global Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing global market development initiatives to drive revenue and margin contributions for the Citrix business globally, defining and executing strategic sales programs, pricing models, and go-to-market initiatives, leading program managers, pricing specialists, and product managers, working closely with regional sales leaders to support program execution, overseeing service-related sales initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction, and serving as the key point of contact for vendor relationships to ensure alignment on channel strategy and growth initiatives.
